  i would like to obtain a copy of the form used by the elders to inform the branch office when a person is disfellowshiped or disassociated the s- 77.. the form needs to be the one used in 1994 preferably printed in uk..

  in june 2015 the high court of justice in london awarded damages of £275,000 to an unnamed women known only as 'amelia' alleged stewart abused her from the age of four and threatened that she would be "damned as a sinner" if she told anyone about the abuse.

  the abuse ended only when stewart was arrested for offenses against another child.

  the court held that the watchtower society failed to warn the members of the congregation about their knowledge on past abuse by a child molester in the congregation.

  I am so pleased with the ruling that Lord Justice Floyd gave yesterday against the Trustees of the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society and Ors. Well done to Dr.Kathleen Hallisey and AO ADVOCATES. More cases will soon be presented.

The abuse ended only when Stewart was arrested for offenses against another child. The court held that the Watchtower Society failed to warn the members of the congregation about their knowledge on past abuse by a child molester in the congregation.

  The Watchtower Society appealed and today in court 69 before Lord Justice Floyd the WT had to submit an application of claimant for permission to appeal.

  did anyone experience a disassociation announcement during the public meeting instead during the service meeting?.

  in my case it was announced the next day that we submitted our letter and this was on sunday instead of waiting for the service meeting on thursday..

  The case happened 22 years ago. I was a Special Pioneer and the Service Overseer a graduate from the Ministerial Training School so yes they were "afraid" from us as a family. The case took place in Malta.

  The elders manual Shepherd the Flock of God (ks10 p.112) states that these announcements should be read in the "next Service Meeting."

  we are free!.

  as of the 9th of june, me and my dear wife mrs. eden handed over our letters of disassociation at bethel in portugal, thus making official our departure from the jehovah's witnesses.
